Terms of service
Last updated 24 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of Orbitr, provided by Orbitr App Pty Ltd. By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them. If you use Orbitr on behalf of a business, you confirm you can agree on its behalf. Orbitr is a business tool for people aged 18 and over.
Your workspace
- You're responsible for who you invite and the roles you give them.
- You own the content you upload and create. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to provide the service to you.
- You must have the right to the content you publish, including music, footage and images, and permission from your clients to manage their social accounts.
Connected social accounts
- When you connect Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or LinkedIn, you must also follow each platform's terms and policies.
- Automated replies and messages must follow platform rules. Safety limits in Orbitr help, but you're responsible for the rules and messages you set up.
- Platforms can change or limit their features at any time. We'll adapt as quickly as we can, but can't guarantee a feature that depends on a platform.
Acceptable use
Don't use Orbitr to send spam, mislead people, break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to access data you're not permitted to see.
AI features
AI drafts captions, briefs, replies and summaries. Drafts can be wrong. Review them before publishing, especially for regulated industries such as health, finance and legal services.
Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Orbitr available and your data safe, with nightly backups. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
Ending your use
You can close your workspace at any time and export your data first. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Changes
We'll tell you by email at least 30 days before any change that materially affects you.
