Switching
Do we have to move everything over at once?
No. Most teams start with one client, one brand or one part of the workflow, like video review or scheduling, and keep their old tools running until they're happy. Nothing about Orbitr needs a big switch-over day.
Can we bring our existing work in?
Yes. Orbitr imports from Frame.io, Notion, Asana, Monday.com, Slack, Metricool, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Forms, plus any Excel or CSV file. Big imports keep running in the background, so your team keeps working while they finish.
Will we have downtime while we switch?
No. Your current tools keep working while you set Orbitr up beside them. Connect your clients' social accounts, import what you need, and move each client across when it suits you.
Your data
Who owns our data?
You do. Your work, your files and your clients' details belong to you. You can export a copy whenever you like from Settings, and if you ever leave, you take it with you.
How do you keep client passwords and files safe?
Client logins are encrypted, only the people you choose can open them, and every reveal or copy is recorded in an access log. Roles decide what each person in your team can see and do.
Clients
Do our clients need an account?
No. Clients review videos and posts, answer questionnaires and read their reports from a private link. Review links can go to their WhatsApp group or email, and they approve with a tap. Links carry your logo and name.
Can clients see things they shouldn't?
No. A client link only shows what you've sent for review or shared with them. Internal comments, drafts, other clients and your team chat stay inside your workspace.
AI
How does Orbitr use AI?
Astro, Orbitr's built-in assistant, drafts captions in each client's voice, writes video briefs, cuts and captions videos, and answers questions about your work. Everything it makes is a draft until someone on your team approves it. Nothing posts on its own.
Does it work with Claude and ChatGPT?
Yes. Connect Orbitr to Claude or ChatGPT and ask them to plan a month of content, draft posts or check what's waiting on review. Their suggestions land in Orbitr's Assistant Suggestions for your team to approve or reject.
Platforms
Which platforms does Orbitr connect to?
Instagram, Facebook and TikTok for publishing, comments, DMs and analytics. Meta ads and Google Ads accounts for ad reporting. Google Business Profile for reviews. Slack for alerts. LinkedIn and YouTube are coming soon.
Is there a phone or desktop app?
Yes. Install Orbitr on Mac, Windows, iPhone or Android straight from the browser. It gets its own icon and notifications for messages, reviews and approvals, and it's always up to date.
